We found this service through thumbtack. At the time they were running an excellent special. Contact was quick and they were able to come out the next day to complete services. I have seen many reviews on companies that get their ducts cleaned and leave behind a mess... NOT this company. I noticed that each duct and vent that was cleaned - they went behind and vacuumed up the surrounding area. They completed all vents, even the hard to reach ones. Services were quick and the employees were kind and informational. Being a woman, you want to feel safe getting any kind of work done, they ensured safety and explained thoroughly everything that was being done. The services were completed in about an hour and a half with pictures to show the difference in before and after. There were no hidden prices. Also, afterwards the owner himself reached out to ensure I was satisfied with the services. I would 100% recommend and will be returning.

Mario and his team members did a very thorough cleaning of my air duct and dryer vent! They are very professional and efficient. Mario very carefully talked with us about allergens, how to clean, addressed our questions, also gave us great advices! He is very knowledgeable and hard working👍. Will use for future cleaning. True duct also has great customer service, responded to my requests. I shopped around and True duct gave me Affprdable a price and their service is full - cleaning , disinfection, plus dryer vent cleaning! Thank you Mario and True Duct.
