Trademark construction LLC just finished our Bathroom remodeling, they did an excellent work. The owner was very professional and everyday showed up on the site to make sure things going well. The employees on the site were very professional and clean. They finished on time and overall we are very happy with the results.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. When you looking for to hire a contractor make sure you will ask for: workers comp and General liability insurance certificates, Licensed certificate, check with your BBB. Check online reviews sometimes that help too. Ask to see some of the work they have done by visiting a site if possible or with some pictures, Check how many years in business, More than 2-3 years in business is better than 1 year.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. No anyone can do what we do but what will be good to know is how to recognize the contractor you will hire is a good and honest person, also to be able to compere Estimates , no about who is the cheapest but who will give you the quality on the labor and Materials you deserve.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. How long are you in business?
Do you have any work I can see?
Can I see your insurance and workers comp certificate?
Can I see your licensed number?
Is your licensed number on your name? if not why?
Do you have unsatisfied customers? If not check on the web and with BBB. If you find out he lied to you that mean he is not honest person.
Are your employs trained and professionals?
Why you give me so big discounts? 2 reasons - overcharge you or need the job because the company have problem with finance. ( they need some money really bad)

A. IS good to know what they want , have done some search about your company, like license, reviews ETC
