Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. If I were a customer? Sure there are many things I wish that I knew.. like how to get RED stains out of my carpet before they set in, or how to get INK out as well. For these answers you'll have to contact me personally,some things are secrets you know! But I dont mind sharing them with you. I guess most importantly would be the many different ways a customer can be taken advantage of by people providing this type of service that believe they wont know the differnce. You should always ask as many questions you feel you need to in order to feel comfortable with their services, beause remember this... it is your money and you dont have to just give it to anyone.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Our work stands out from others in this industry because we believe in going above and beyond for our customers, going that extra mile to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with the quality of our work before paying for anything! We want to make sure you are a well satisfied customer who would have no problem in recommending our company.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The things I like most about my career are the many opportunities I get, from helping people with their many different concerns to the gratification we or I receive from our customers after having provided a quality service for them. Also the fact that we get to meet new customers on a daily basis and make new contacts.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. I would have to say that the most commonly asked question asked of us is about price! And my answer is always the same.. we dont advertise those catchy $10 dollar a room prices, or any other cheap start off pricing because its bogus and we prefer to deal directly with the customer. We prefer to give an in-home estimate whenever possible and if we cannot for some reason we explain to them that there are many factors in calculating a price and that we can only give them an over the phone best price quote, and that without seeing the carpets, etc. its hard to guarantee an exact price and with that, 99% of our customers appreciate the honesty.
