Introduction: Hello, Coach Ore here, a Cert. Trainer and Health Coach in Baltimore, Maryland. My goal is to help you achieve a overall healthy well-being from a holistic standpoint. Often people get so consumed by the physical benefits of fitness, they pay little to no attention to the evolution happening within themselves mentally. We believe a holistic approach to fitness - one that encourages intuitive eating, mindfulness, and daily movement. At UmojaFit, we employ various modality of exercise such as cardio boxing, dancing, calisthenics, and weight lifting, yoga therapy to help my clients meet their goals and stay motivated throughout their health journey. We offer 1-on-1 private training sessions and weekly group fitness classes at our studio on Belair rd.

Wasn’t sure how I would like it, but LITERALLY THE BEST DECISION! Workouts are tailored to me, Ore is very flexible, the workouts are challenging and yet enjoyable (I feel proud when I complete her workouts), and she KNOWS what she’s talking about. If you’re debating, stop. UmojaFit is the best decision. Period.

Ore is amazing!!! Every workout was different so it wasn’t the same thing over and over over. She is a great motivator and a wonderful person ❤️

Ore is awesome. Very informative and attentive. She definitely tailors the workouts to your needs, She listens to your goals and makes sure she knows your expectations. I really enjoy her workouts, determination and she’s friendly! But make no mistakes, she works you out apologetically. 😀
