Wanda came and cleaned for us about four times. I wasn't overly impressed with the cleaning or the professionalism, but it was saving us from cleaning ourselves, for the most part. I still felt that I had to touch up things like the shower, and she definitely didnt do anything like baseboards. She would call me at work to say she couldnt get in the door (push harder), couldn't find the vacuum (it was in the basement, like always), or nobody was home to let her in (she had a key). Last month I returned home to find that she hadn't come on a day we expected her. When I called her she said she thought she did our house on Fridays, not Thursdays...not sure where the confusion came from, but she came the next day so no big deal. This past time the same thing happened, but she I called I discovered that her number is no longer in service and we haven't heard a word from her a week past she was due to clean. She seems to ha e disappeared with our house key.

I called her the minute I got this message, it was a mix up text delivery. I had to change my number and I had text all my clients regarding the new number why she didnt get it I dont know, everyone else did..... Ive learned in life that you just cant PLEASE everyone non matter how hard you try!!!!!!!!!!
