Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. The most common job is helping people lose weight. This is done through a change in diet and implementing an exercise program. An initial evaluation is performed and then follow-ups done periodically to measure change.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. People looking for a quality trainer need to be aware of their qualifications. There are many websites that give out "certifications" with very little merit. Not only should a trainer be certified, but they should also have first aid, CPR, AED certifications. There are also college degrees in the field of Exercise Science. Client testimonials also can provide insight into a trainer.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Many personal trainers look at their situation like a job rather than helping people make a change in their lives. With my services, you not only get our sessions, but unlimited email and phone support on any day of the week. I am very quick to respond, as I take my services very seriously.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I like the fact that there is so much to learn about health and fitness. I train people with such different goals, that approaching the solution can be done from a variety of angles. This keeps the sessions fresh and never boring.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The most common question is "how to lose weight." While the simple answer is "eat less and exercise more," there is so much more to it than that. If it were only that simple, I doubt this would be the the most common question.
