Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. First, the event we'll be photographing for you usually is once in a lifetime event, with our experience and expertise, you can be relaxed and knowing it will be captured in its entirety and it will be lovely memories to remember for rest of your life. To ensure what we claim, we send a team of photographers with different shooting styles, we bring backup equipment in case any malfunctions, and we ask you detailed questions so we know where we should be to capture the moment. Can your photographer say the same thing?

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. With modern technology, everyone can take a good picture with a camera, and with a little Photoshop, a good picture can turn great. We are not someone holding a great camera (but doesn't know how to use it) and maybe knowing a little Photoshop. If the post processing is your concern, a disposable digital camera on every table will be much cheaper way to go. But for us professional photographers, our first and most important job is to capture the moment and not to miss the moment. Knowing where to shoot, what angel to shoot from, where the light is coming from, how the lighting can change the mood, how is the depth of the field can change the feeling, that's our expertise. Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. First, you need to know what it is that's most important to you, and then you ask the professional how will they do that.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. City Digital Photography is not an one-man operation, when you hire us to photograph your event, we always show up ontime and we never run out of backup equipment. The last thing you want is your photographer shows up late (or worse, couldn't make it due to personal reasons) at perhaps the most important event of your life, or equipment issue and run out of backups. So, talk to us, we love what we do, and we are really good at it.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. During a special event, especially the one you would want a professional to capture, there are many moments you want to remember forever, and that's where we come in. For most of these events, our product often is the only tangeble product you take home, and our product is good.
