Introduction: From what my customers tell me, they say that you cannot find many service companies like All Nite Sewer & Drain Cleaning, around anymore. We treat each customer with outstanding, home-style customer service! What I like most about my job is being able to help people by providing them with All Nite's quality service at affordable rates. Their have been a lot of misconceptions about the service industry due too poor service being provided . What I enjoy is being able to change each of our customers thoughts on service companies, because after they experience All Nite's' service, our customers call to tell me that they have renewed faith in service companies after using our services. What I love the most is being in the position to offer my services at NO charge to a customer that is in need, which I have had the opportunity to do so several times in the years we've been in business . I am a real estate agent with Long and Foster, and my family just purchased a foreclosed home that needed major plumbing work. From the top floor, to the basement, the pipes were old and rusty and actually falling apart. I contacted All Nite and they came right out. I want to thank All Nite for the exceptional job they did for my family in this home we recently purchased. They were so professional and the price they quoted us was the price we paid! Kirk replaced all our plumbing, gave us excellect step-by-step details of what he was doing and why. I have to commend him on his work ethics and his work. I have eight rental units and Kirk and Melisa are always very prompt with their service and their prices are always very reasonable. It's nice to deal with people who are honest and stick to their quotes. After all the shisters I've had to deal with as a landlord it's great to have them. They do alot more besides plumbing too. I'd recommend them to everyone.

Thank you Kirk and Melissa! The first time I used the services of your company I had 2 new toilets and a washer/dryer installed. The second time I used the services of All Nite Sewer & Drain I had a gas boiler installed. Tried Calling both numbers, no answer. Booked service via online which said they had an open appointment at 4pm. No phone call...just an email later declining. Poor customer service...If they were interested in providing a service they would have called to find out exactly what type of problem we were having and tried to schedule an apointment that better fit their availablity..no call, just an email. :(

Mr. Charlie, I apologize for you feeling that we provided poor customer service to you. I am a (1) woman operation whom takes care of every aspect of running an office and I do my best at providing the BEST customer service to each and every customer that I have a dealing with! Again, I apologize that you did not get through when you called...I do try to answer every call, though if I am talking to a customer, I never put them on hold to answer another call. I will call back any customers who leave a voicemail message, If I don't have a message then I cannot call them back. As soon as I receive a request for service, I am then given an option to accept or decline the lead. Then if I decline the lead I am asked, why? Then which in your case I responded back to your email that your address was outside of my service area. The lead is then sent back to your email to let you know that I cannot provide service for you, their is no need for me to call the customer back. I honestly thought you were a little harsh while giving me a rating of (1) star and being so harsh when leaving your review. I run a family owned and operated business and we take pride in making our customers happy. I do appreciate your input though and will take your concerns into consideration when replying to requests.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Drain Cleaning services are $195 which would include a mainline or a branch line. We also do have a standard price to pull and reset a toilet with a new wax seal, which is $25.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our family consists of 5 children and 2 adults...Kirk had been working as a Plumber for 20 years and his pay was at a stand-still and with the economy crash we were hardly making ends meet. We then did the next best thing and that was to put our effort into starting our own business. With Kirk's customer service skills and knowledge of old & new style plumbing and then with my sales experience/excellent people skills and customer service experience our business thrived immediately. We decided to open All Nite Sewer & Drain Cleaning 8 years ago and we have never looked back. We would like to thank all of our family, friends and most importantly our customers that have supported us all the way. We look forward to many more years to come! Thank you & God Bless!
