We manage residential and commercial multi-family property in Baltimore City, Maryland and collect rents on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis for property owners in and out of state for a small percentage of what we collect.
Property owners never pay up front or out of pocket for our service(s). We do all repairs. We can also fix up and stabilize any non-performing asset that needs to get up and running, and our rates are the best.
We also advertise, and find and place qualified residents into property on behalf of the property owners.
