Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. One of the cheapest things you can do to keep your computers running smoothly is to clean off the dust periodically. Most people tend to leave their machines under their desks, and don't really think about them very much, until they stop working. But you know all that dust that accumulates on the outside of the machine? Well think of it as a blanket - the thicker, the warmer. The sensitive electronics inside your computer can get really hot. The LAST thing they need is a thick blanket! By cleaning off those air-intakes (wherever you see the dust, really), you're helping your computer to keep the air flowing, which helps keep it cool.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. What do you want your computers to help you do? As the business-owner, you need to define the goals. Then we can help you figure out what you need in order to reach them.
