My technician was very knowledge with installing security systems. He was very nice and patient. When he finished the job, everything was cleaned up and NO wires showing. You can hardly tell I have a security system in my home until you see the red light on the camera. My cameras are positioned perfectly so that my entire home is covered. The best thing about my technician is that he took the time to educate me on the system and he referred me to a youtube channel that explained it further. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent guy, you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. He installed a 16 camera system and Ethernet lines to a couple atms.

Completely non-responsive. He asked for a phone number where he could call me and never called. Then, told me he would call the next day. Again, he never called. I reached out again and crickets. It’s rare that someone on Thumbtack with so many reviews is so unprofessional, but this was a very poor experience.

I was very busy on a project and when I was going to call he reached out and said he had already hired someone. The. The customer decided today(4 days later) to mark me as hired just to leave a bad review.. let's be clear if I give an estimate, I stand by my estimate. I had not given this customer an estimate, nor accepted his job.
