Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure they take the time to learn about your people, your products, your goals and your customers. In addition, we give the client many options and educate them about the possible artistic directions, technological capabilities, and equipment we can utiliize.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Using our capabilities and talents to enhance awareness of an organization or business and accelerate their growth and to provide special lasting memories to a customer are incredibly satisfying!
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. In collaboration with our sister company Clear Star International we were creating a website for a client. At first, they provided us with over 30 pages of content to download. We advised the client to include interactive multimedia and video content as well to drive traffiic to the website. In addition, many studies have shown people don't like to read lots of text and don't want to be prisoners of the computer monitors. Fortunately, the client listened to us. We created content that featured how to install their products, demonstations, tutorials and much more. Their customers could also download the videos to their smartphone for play on the go. When we checked the traffic stats of the website our jaws hit the floor! The multimedia sections of the website received over 80 times more traffic than the rest of the site! Our client's phones were ringing off the hook and they were filling more orders than ever in their history.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. We are one of the first companies in the country to be able to film stereoscopic 3D video as well as composite the 3D video with 3D stereoscopic animation. We can also build 3D stereoscopic virtual sets.
