Introduction: My philosophy about weddings is that each wedding ceremony is a completely unique creation. Your ceremony may contain traditional and contemporary elements of your choosing, as well as unique, inspired elements that we have fashioned together. The ceremony is created for you alone. No two couples are the same: your unique story, your families, your cultural and religious heritages as well as those elements that have become meaningful to you as adults can be honored in your wedding ceremony. I have the opportunity to share one of the most important days of their life together. Then, as years pass, I am even further honored to share in the blessing/baptism of their children and to be with them in some of the darkest times as family members pass on.

We found Rev Kirsten on Thumbtack and then again at a wedding expo and had a great conversation. We truly were blessed to find her. We then had a follow up meeting on facetime which we expressed our decision to use her services and next steps. In the coming months we then had some homework to do from Rev Kirsten. The homework was to know more about us. We then had a follow up meeting weeks before to go over any concerns. Oh yes, and we filled her up with information about us. In turn this only help her create a ceremony which revolved around us and what we wanted to see. Every phrase was vocalized so artistically. How amazing. How incredibly amazing! What have you done Rev Kirsten Blom-Westbrook!! You made our wedding ceremony so incredibly wonderful. What a poetic expression of our love. I'm so grateful. I would not change a thing. We thank Rev Kirsten Blom-Westbrook for making our day so very very special.

Kristen really provides a lovely, personalized service. She's just amazing! I can't say enough good things about her. She speaks beautifully, and with emotion. She really involves herself with the ceremony, the couple, and if there is one, with the audience. We were married on New Year's Eve, and she was the most perfect person to marry us.

I met Rev Kirsten almost 4 years ago when looking for someone to officiate my daughter's baptism at our home. She was wonderful to talk to, took time to figure out exactly what we wanted, and she delivered on it all! So much that, we had her officiate our sons baptism last year as well. If we only would've known Rev Kirsten 8 years ago when we got married, we definitely would've used her for that as well! And in another 3 years we may use her again ..... Thanks so much Kirsten!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the time frame within which they need me, we typically communicate ia email first, then phone followed by Skype, FaceTime or FB Messenger before meeting in person if time permits.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master's certification in Theology, 19 years experience serving happily wed couples all across North America (& beyond!)
What types of customers have you worked with?
I am most often called upon to serve as a wedding officiant but I am always prepared to lead a funeral or memorial service as well as a baptism/baby blessing, house blessing, blessing of the fleet, etc. I believe we need ritual to fully engage in our lives with one another and my job is to help lead those rituals. I LOVE this part of my life!
