Crown Remodeling replaced my roof 4 years ago through my insurance company and it looks amazing! Crown dealt with my insurance company directly so I did not have to do anything. They also went out of there way and fixed some items for me that were not included on my claim. The owner even came out to check on the job to make sure I was satisfied. Great company!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For storm damage work, we will complete the work for the amount your insurance company will ay for less any applicable decutibles.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon a customer inquiry, we will meet with them face to face and do a thorugh estimate and/or inspection of the work they are interested in getting done. Upon an agreement and all the documentation in writing, we will start performing our work. We do our best to work as quickly and accurate as possible, weather permitting. We are there onsite to see the job from start to finish and available for any questions 24/7! All we want is to put a smile on your face!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our inspectors and sales team are all licensed within the state of Maryland and Pennsylvania and we have a combined amount of over 60 years experience in the construction industry.
