Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Most small business owners open a business to do something they love or are very good at doing. To be successful every business must keep good records and have accurate reporting. These responsibilities may not be the owner's specialty and take time away from the work that they love. I enjoy working with small businesses and providing them this service so they can work on their business, not in it. I also like to provide them with the information and knowledge to learn more about their business so they can continue to grow. While most people think of accounting as the task they need to do at the end of the day to prepare for tax season...if you are proactive and have a qualified accountant you can use accounting to find ways to be more efficient and save money.
Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.
A. The system is not necessarily complicated but I do not charge by the hour except for special projects. I base the pricing on the size of your business (the # of monthly transactions, # of employees, if payroll is needed etc.). This allows me to customize the pricing to fit your business needs and makes it more affordable for small businesses. As your business grows we will review the pricing. In most cases the work we do will save you time and money and almost pay for itself.
