- Providing an architect (if needed) to re-structure or re-build projects.
- Working with state inspectors to get certifications for issues such as lead paint and termites.
- Taking on the responsibility of picking up all supplies and work materials.
- Maintaining a spreadsheet of all expenses.
- Maintaining and organizing all receipts for documentation and tax purposes.
- Providing a list of materials from Lowe's and Home Depot (two largest manufacturers in the state) for comparison and pricing.
Vacation rental -- management services include the following:
- Cleaning service
- Respond and address to minor maintenance issues
- 24/7 on-call services
- Thorough walk-through of property with guests (on arrival and departure)
- Guest relations: Greet and meet guests on arrival/check-out guests on departure
- Provide keys to guests on arrival and collect keys from guests on departure
- Provide guests with brochures on local events, restaurants and other type of entertainments
