I can be your liaison to ensure you are thinking of everything when it is built. Plus, I have unlimited options for doors, moldings, granite, stone, paint choices, etc. Mistakes at this stage are either costly or permanent!
* Program Manage Contractors Along with Design Services - Are you tired of trying to find "reliable" contractors? I work with the best, and yes, it even took me awhile to find ones that showed up, cleaned up, did a great job and were reasonably priced.
* Staging - The statistics prove that staging pays for itself and then some. All of the homes I have staged sold within 2-3 weeks. Most had been on the market for months.
* Transition Services - With a scaled drawing of your new place, you will never take too much of what you can't use. With the remaining items, we can help you downscale and de-clutter, do an estate sale with proceeds going to you and donate the rest to charity with a tax write-off certificate. We can also broom clean your home, so that you can get to closing. Don't want to handle the move or set up your new place? We can order new pieces to fit your new living arrangements, paint the walls, hang the draperies even make your bed. All you have to do is unpack your personal items.
