I saw their house cleaning deal on dealfind so emailed them to check if this was actually what they were offering. She said they were and asked me to completed some forms. I signed up for the deal and paid - she called to say they would send me a google invite in a few days. That never happened. I called and emailed. Nothing. I finally got back to dealfind who called her and she confirmed she was going to call me. Nothing! After being given the run around for a month and a half I finally got her and she said - we are not dealing with dealfind any more and in any case do not service VA. Said nothing about that when I completed my forms or when she promised to get back to me with an appointment. Very unprofessional.

I am sorry there is no less than one star option. I have tried to get an appointment with this company for the last one month but have not been successful. I made the mistake of buying a deal on living socials without checking the vendor's credentials. So they have taken my money, but refuse to get back after promising to do so each time. Now, no one is picking up the phone.
