Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Most of my jobs are lock rekeys or replacments.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. My advice to all customers is that If They dont quote you a price over the phone then they are out to scam you. The other thing to look out for is if they try to charge you more than 25.00 to rekey each lock anything over that is ridiculous. Rekeys or lock changes should not cost 800.00 on the residential side.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. The client should have the name of lock or type of key that fits it present. They should also know how many doors and if they all have the same type of lock on them.

A. My work stands out because I take pride in what I do. I go the extra step to make sure everything looks good when im Done
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The thing that I like mostly about my job Is the interaction I have with my customers. I enjoy building the trust with them so that way they will call me back and not someone else
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. people always ask me whats the difference between high security and standard locks. The answer is High security locks can not be picked or drilled out they have a harden steel bolt latch. the pins inside are steel which prevents drilling. The high security keys cant be cut at a hardware store or from any locksmith. residential locks do not offer that extra security
Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.
A. My most recent project was installing a 4 channel camera system which was done at night time in a resturant setting. I took about 2 days to complete and costed about 1700.00. Running the camera wires was the most time consuming part of the job.
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. If I was advising someone about getting into my profession. I would suggest to them that it will be frusturating at first because everyday it will be something new.
