Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. My most common types of jobs would be On-the-Day Coordinations. Many brides nowadays want to be more involved in their wedding so they are making all the decisions. What most brides are looking for is for someone to coordinate just the day of to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that everyone enjoys themselves. That's what we do here at Alijah Raynell Events.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I make sure the job is done to the exact specifications of the client. I will continue to work with the client until it is what they want. Satisfaction is nothing without the client's smile.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. It allows me to be creative and to be hands on.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How often can are you able to communicate? I am availble by email most of the day. How expensive is coordination and how do I know which one I need? There are three different coordination packages; On-the-Day, Partial & Full. Price depends on what you want but never sacrifice your well-being because of the cost. Every bride needs a weeding planner, not just to help but especially for the day of. The purpose of arranging, saving and providing the event is for everyone to enjoy themselves and not have to worry about the behind-the-scene workings of the event. Let me handle that for you and when you look back you will appreciate it more.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. I had a client that forgot about programs for her wedding. She contacted me 4 days before her wedding. She wanted layered programs in Chocolate and Pink. I met with her and her fiance, got the information and the next day brought back a sample of the program. She was so elated at how I was able to put everything together so quickly. I delivered the programs to her the day before the wedding. She was so thrilled that she asked if I could do the Thank You cards after they came back from their Honeymoon. I told her that it was just another day at Alijah Raynell Events.
