A. Customers should have a general idea of the project scope and budget, and have realistic expectations of the feasability of a project.
HGTV and Americas Home Makeovers do not provide customers with an accurate sense of what home remodeling entails
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We offer more than just 2 guys and a pick up truck type remodeling. We offer full design build and construction management from the projects inception to the final turnover to our customers. We guide our customers through the planning and budgeting phase, design, selections, production and final turn over to our customers. No need for punch out lists, as the project is not turned over until the customer is 110% satisfied.

A. Seeing a great project through from beginning to end and making customers ecstatic with the end result.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. Caliber Home Restoration is owned by lifelong friends and Penn State University Grads, who have joined their business experience into a joint business venture of home remodeling.
Mike DeLuca has been over 5 years experience as a project manager for the east coast's largest residential builder. He has built over 200 homes, including town home, single family and elevator condominiums. Prior to, he was a decorated law enforcement officer, who brings his integrity and professionalism to his own business.
Jon Lutton has over 12 years experience in the business field of operations management.
