As property investors, we know the importance of good management and believe in 24/7 availability, in-house maintenance services, and property inspections. Frequent communication with both owners and tenants by way of phone, e-mail or text are imperative.

We designed our comprehensive services with the investor in mind who believes that a well-maintained building and reasonable costs bring excellent residents. We help meet the needs of our real estate investors by offering a range of services, from property management to tenant acquisition, record keeping, property maintenance, evictions, and investment consultation.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. We manage small duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes and 5-20 units. We will consider up to 100 units but small more "home-like" properties are our niche. We will also consider single family homes. We manage in Baltimore County, Baltimore City and Anne Arundel County.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure they really know how to manage a property and they aren't getting into the business because real estate sales are slow. We only invest & manage and have been doing so for over 14 years.

A. How much is your fee?
We customize a plan to tailor to each individual investor. You will get the best service at a fair price.

Do you manage single family homes?
Yes, we will consider single family homes but because our niche is small and mid size apartments, we have a minimum monthly management fee of $250.
