This man is a scam artist. He is not licensed in Maryland to do business of any kind and his charter is revoked for not filing property taxes, He sign leases then moves into properties and breaks the lease, destroying property and changing locks and threatening landlords, then forces them to file for eviction and disappears. Stay away from this guy and his company!
