- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates for tax preparation is generally billed per form. After our initial consultation, we will send you a quote based on our information gathered from you. If there are any changes in price, we will let you know in advance. For complex returns, our general rate is $75 an hour. Pricing has variables that include complexities of the tax returns, the task at hand, material cost, time, and expertise. We provide discounts where applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide up to 30 minutes of free no-obligation initial consultation. We discuss your needs over the phone, and I review your tax or business needs and make suggestions. When you choose to hire us, we will work with you through the next steps to accomplish your tax needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance. I am a CPA with over 20 years of experience in assisting individuals, small businesses and non-profits in their tax and accounting needs.
