HG replaced the carpet in our entire upstairs 4-bedroom home with luxury vinyl plank. They let us bring our own materials, so I could select exactly what I want. Then, when there were shipping delays, they were super patient and helpful - going beyond to get their own sales rep involved. When it came to installation, the three man team finished our upstairs, recarpeted our stairs, and put new laminate flooring in a bathroom that I tacked on to project at the last minute in 2 days. Everything looks beautiful. When a nose piece on stairs came loose (probably from kids stepping on it before totally dried), the team returned that day to reinstall more securely. The installation team was friendly, professional, and very respectful. I could not be happier. I absolutely love my new floors.

Hey, just wanted to share the quality work done by Henry and his guys. Recently had floors installed last year around this time and went through hell and back to get all the work complete with the Flooring Rebel. Had a leak that damaged a portion of my living room floor. The Flooring Rebel came back and did a terrible patch job that created a mountain growing under my new floors. Henry and his crew came sealed and replaced everything same day. I feel assured this won't happen again!

Henry and team are absolutely amazing! They installed LVP throughout my entire home and it was flawless. Several other contractors have complimented the quality of their work. Additionally, I had water damage recently and the team was super quick to respond and assist in LVP removal which allowed me to save most of the flooring from having to be replaced.

HG Flooring did an incredible job installing flooring in almost all of my small house. It was done in one day. Also very efficient with the flooring. I was a little concerned that maybe the flooring would run short; no, they were incredibly efficient with the flooring. I doubt they wasted a square foot. They followed up to see if I had any concerns. I highly recommend HG Flooring.

Henry and his team are so professional, efficient, and tidy with attention to detail! I wanted to extend the hardwood floor into the bedroom and upstairs loft but worried about being able to get something similar enough to the existing gunstock hardwood flooring. Henry came out for an estimate after I spoke with Roxana (who is also so wonderful and responsive!), understood immediately what I wanted to do, was very accommodating when I requested some items be pulled out of the estimate as separate line items, and didn't try to upsell or tell me something couldn't be done without explaining why or a better solution. He was able to get a very similar floor that will age well with the existing (especially if I go to refinish it all in a couple years) and after acclimating the wood for a couple days, was able to start ahead of schedule. A team of 2 guys was able to install new hardwood in the bedroom, 2 closets, and the loft in 1.5 days. They "picture framed" out around the existing water heater and furnace very neatly, and removed some old shelving so the new floor didn't have to cut around it. Henry was always very responsive in communication, and very accommodating and patient with me. His price was so reasonable, and his team was so clean and tidy and unbelievably fast. I would definitely recommend HG Flooring to anyone wanting flooring work done, and I will hire them again in the future!
