Alex did a great job cleaning our windows. He did a thorough job and kept working on the windows until they were done to his high standards. He brought all of the equipment he needed and just needed to hook onto our outside water faucets. Alex was friendly and he explained the process that he uses to clean the windows. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most importantly I need to understand why they are getting the job done, and how often they get the service. we discuss the available cleaning options. Next we inspect for preexisting blemishes or damage on windows, window frames, walls surrounding the window and window screens. Once the visual inspection is done and we both agree on the results the cleaning process begins
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by accident 4 years ago when a relative told me he needed some help for two days. He had a big job coming up and, he didn't have any reliable help. I wound up picking up weekend jobs then eventually went full time
