If your drive has failed, we'll help you purchase another one and extract all data we can find. Although we can’t give 100% guarantee, majority of our clients have been very happy with our services.

Have your storage requirements grown and you would like a portable or backup drive? We can help too and even when you are upgrading your existing system to a larger hard drive, we can do that too. Once you decide on the best storage device, we'll do the rest. A solid backup system is the best help after a hard drive crash. We will show you how to protect your precious data.

Printing:

We have extensive experience at configuring a vast selection of printers to match different computers. The newer printers are fit for wireless configuration where you can have several computers print from just about anywhere in your home or office.

If your printer isn't functioning properly, we'll do our best to get it back on line quickly.

PC and Web Training:

We love teaching people to maximize the use of the internet and their computers. We can teach you to maximize your productivity and save time.

Aside from being experienced, we're patient teachers. We've done especially well working with the elderly and those who might think of themselves as "computer novices".
We also offer special hourly rate to train you exactly what you want to learn after which you can also prefer to have someone else learn or extend your learning a bit more.

On Site Service:

We come to you on your schedule. Don't worry about packing up and carrying your computer or your personal and sensitive data somewhere for any length of time because in most cases, we can resolve all your computer issues right at your residence or place of business.

We also cater to work after business hours because we understand that, for some companies, working on computers after business hours minimize their down time.

Off Site Service:

There are times that we may ask to take your computer with us, but only if the issues of your system are impossible to repair on-site. Once done, we will contact you to set an appointment for the return of your revived computer. There are also clients who prefer to have us work on their computers outside their homes, we can do that too.
