- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients should know (and be upfront with): - their committed level of investment - keep the scope - and only the scope- of the project My fee is typically my fee. It might not work for everyone, and I'm fine with that. But, clients ARE NEVER DISAPPOINTED.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, they express the need for a high-energy speaker or trainer. Then, I'm typically referred by a previous client or from my website (onechrisdaniel.com). Next we chat, and clients describe their challenges. I jot them down, assess their concerns and see if I'm their guy. Lastly, I make payment options available to my clients, set set dates, and I ROCK THEIR EVENT!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes! I'm certified in: - Project Management (PMP, 2009) - Green Belt, Six Sigma (2006) - Instructional Design (2010) To facilitate continued learning and maintain certification, I'm consistently engaged in developmental opportunities in each area.
