Introduction: Unlike most cleaning services we have maintained a 5-10% turn over rate of employees for the past 10 years. Most cleaning services have a 200% turn over rate. The reason why we keep most of our help is becuase we pay our employees 10% more than most other cleaning service. We give them free paid vacations. We give them health benefits and the weekends off. To the customers this means a lesser probability of thefts. It means that the crew is familiar with your needs (We send a designated team to each home). It also means that the team is more experienced. I love the fact that We establish and maintain a long term relationship with our customers. Our average customer stays 7 years. There is no greater satisfaction then a job well done over and over again.

I have used Patrick's Maid service for years. Honds down the most reliable and capable service availble. Whenever a scheduling concern arose Patrick was very will to accommadate and match my requirements. The houe always looked and smelled wonderful. I loved coming home after the cleaning elves had visited!

My house is a challenge to clean because of the amount of people living in my home. Dunn's Maid Service made it easy to schedule, and had the house sparkling clean in no time. High quality cleaning is hard to come by so I would recommend them in a heart beat!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is not complicated, however, we do wish so see the home before we clean it. Unfortunately there is no one person that is the same and therefore no one home that is the same. So Price depends on the estimate. The initial clean varies depending on how clean the home is. After that it is a flat rate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I would say conferences geared to the cleaning industry there are many in the US. T.he one We attend is in Las Vegas every year
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years. I get great satisfaction in giving great service. Cleaning is a challenging as well as rewarding line of work. My background earlier was in the restaurant business. There are many differences but many similarities. I learned that the best way to give the best service is to retain your employees by treating them right. Our company has an excellent reputation. We have customers who have stayed with us since the start of the company. We have employees who have stayed with us since the start of our compnay.
