VERY, VERY happy with Paul's work! It was a pleasure to talk with him, his prices are reasonable, he showed-up on-time and completed the job according to his estimate. Professional, friendly, timely, and reasonable -- overall, a GREAT experience.

Question and answer
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I only charge my customers for work that I actually do. I never pad the hours and usually cut some time from the total. I respect the customer's property and will not do any work that I think may destroy something else. If in my opinion the customer will not be happy with the work they want I give them the option to cancel the service.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I enjoy meeting new peole and helping them acheive the results they seek. To me the helping part is more important than anything else.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Why do you not hire someone to do the work for you?
Because I find that no one is going to be as honest with the customer as I am. And usually I have to go back and do the work myself anyway.
