Hello. My name is La'Chae and I am currently taking a break from the business field and pursuing what my heart wants to do.
I am currently studying to get my license for daycare so that I can start a center of my own at different locations around Maryland that are in desperate need of childcare. But until then I am going to babysit in my home until God bless me with my own center.
I do have a cat and two kittens who wont be a bother to your children.
My prices are very low, much lower than the cost of actual chilcare today. If you are uneasy about the idea of an unlicensed person caring for your child then I do have previous and current references you could speak with. You are more than welcome to see my documentation for my childcare classes I have and are currently attending.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. I have a playroom for the children and also a downstairs area for the others who dont want to be in the playroom.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My work stands out from others because I love what i do. The average person wakes up everyday dreading the job they go to do...with me...I DONT!! I love it :)

A. I love watching the children grow and learn everyday.

-how am i so professional with organizing and keeping up with the childrens progress and reports for their parents.
ANSWER: I like being able to keep parents updated with how their children are doing everyday.

ANSWER: yes this it!! with my plans, i dont want to do any other type of work.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. My favorite story is with a recent client who was only a temporary one. His name was cameron 1 1/2 years old, he was very clingy and has spoiled ways. i slowly broke him out of it, and once i showed him that he cannot get over on me with his cute pouty face then he grew to respect and love being with me even more.
A quick second story is of a later client. She was 2 almost 3 years old and still was not potty trained when i started caring for her. She did not know too much of anything children usually know at this age. I took the patience with her where others wouldnt, and by the time her mom wanted to put her in school she was potty trained and knew what was required by BCPS so that she was not be deemed as "mentally challanged".
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I wish customers knew how much this really means to me and that i am so happy doing this, and that i understand that people have mone problems and thats why my prices are low.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. It stemed from my mom origionally having the dream i do of opening her own center. So i took the innitiative to do so myself and found that working anywhere else i wasnt happy.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Yes..as i mentioned in my job description i am currently in training classes so that i can get my child daycare lisence so that i can open my center.

A. -Pricing is weekly.
-Weekends are daily or hourly depending on the situation.
-if you dont need me for more than 3 days then the rate will be daily.
