We offer residential property management services to clients in Baltimore, Maryland, who desire for their real estate investment to finally pay off, without the headaches and confusions related to being a landlord.
We customize our services to suit the needs of each client. We can handle all aspects of your rental property or just those areas, related to being a landlord, that you need assistance with each month. We collect rents, file at court, perform inspections, advertise and show your property, screen and place tenants, prepare leases, schedule and perform evictions, as well as provide maintenance services upon request.
We are a licensed home improvement contractor in the State of Maryland, performing lead inspections. We are also a licensed lead inspector in the State of Maryland, Department of the Environment, performing county inspections. Finally, we are licensed home inspectors, providing monthly statements, issue payments as soon as they are received by tenants, supply maintenance logs, and submit year-end statements for tax and accounting purposes.

A. How can you stand being a landlord? I love it, and have been doing it for over 20 years now. I would not do anything different.
