Caring Connection is a central senior service offering home health care, geriatric care management, and a free referral service.

Our professional geriatric care managers are degreed, licensed, and certified specialists who walk seniors and their families through the aging process, one step at a time, addressing all needs along the way.

Our skilled and experienced CNAs, GNAs, and companions provide up to 24/7 short-term and long-term care for the elderly residing in Baltimore and Harford Counties.

Finally, we offer a free referral and information service. We seek out other genuine, caring companies working with seniors so that we may establish a holistic approach to senior care, encompassing all needs, including health care, financial and legal assistance, handy services, errands, and much more.

Our purpose as the Caring Connection is to provide complete senior care from our family to yours.
