There was a fumble in scheduling, however, it was corrected the next day - quoted and work done same day which we were very excited about. We asked for a pendant to be installed in our stairwell and relocating a light in our kitchen. Since the stairs were a bit difficult to get into, some scuffs to the stairs and walls were made, but nothing major or that we didn’t already expect would happen. Overall, we were very pleased with the price and value of same day turn around, will definitely be reaching it again for future installs!

I needed three pendant lights installed over my island countertop. These guys do excellent work. Alex responds quickly, showed up on time and prepared, assessed the job and installed the lighting. They made sure to cover all of my surfaces and clean up everything once the job was completed. I would definitely use them in the future for my electrical needs!

My wife wanted a ceiling fan installed in the bathroom. Manzanares Electric contacted us with a great quote and performed the work the next day. The did a fantastic job installing the fan, We were replacing one of the light fixtures in the bathroom and they made sure I understood the scope of the project before they started. He was prompt, professional and fast. He even installed a small cover for the ceiling fan because the new cut our is a little larger than the old. I am definitely using their services again in the future.

Had two fans installed and one of them was on a two light circuit so he had to install a separate switch and line. Didn’t charge much for it which I appreciated. Both fans look great. One was for my nursery and he didn’t leave a mess and covered the floor with plastic which is important especially in a nursery! Overall happy with the work. Also I thought I had a broken recessed light but it was the bulb.. I felt like an idiot but he saved me some $!

Alexander did a great job installing the mirrors and lights to my bathrooms. He was very careful and precise, and he took the time to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I was really impressed with his attention to detail. In addition to installing the mirrors and lights, Alexander also created some new outlets in my bathroom. He was very knowledgeable about electrical code, and he made sure that everything was done safely and correctly. I'm so happy with the work that Alexander did in my bathroom. He did a great job, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician.
