FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe customers should fully understand what they can afford and do the research on any professional service they are considering. My price is competitive and based upon the experience, professionalism, and acumen I demonstrate. I am always willing to go the extra 10 miles for my clients! This is based on the work ethic and values taught to me by my parents and a loving Grandmother!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe in service and I'm "old school" with a paradigm that the customer is always right. As such I work to meet the needs of my clients by getting to know who they are. Some times customers can be difficult, not knowing how to communicate their needs. Taking the time to understand them is a sure way to satisfy their needs. The goal is continued service and an ongoing professional relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One can never stop learning and I make it my business to stay in step with modalities and tools that prove to successfully meet the needs of couples. I regularly participate in workshops and conferences that keep me connected to colleagues and industry leadership. I am a credentialed Field & Public Safety Chaplain with varying certifications from crisis management to trauma informed care. My ministerial training includes marital care, family crisis care, and ministerial supports in a number of disciplines.
