- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We really like to build long term relationships with our clients. Most if our clients sign up for our maintenance packages and phone systems. with the savings fro. our phone services it offloads some of the cost for IT.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free site survey, have a meeting to discuss problems the client is facing. I then produce facts, options to resolve the issues, my recommendation but at the end of the day it's the clients business, they make the decision. This gives all of the power back to the client and we are able to build a long term trustworthy relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tons of certifications from Microsoft, Comptia, Cisco, Juniper, Sonicwall etc.
