Introduction: I have been working in the field of music education for 30 years. I am an expert at working with beginners on the piano, or any band or orchestra instrument including flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, snare drum, violin, viola and cello. I teach the student not only how to play their chosen instrument, but music theory and related concepts. I have always greatly enjoyed working with children. I love taking someone from knowing nothing about how to play an instrument to performing in a concert or recital a few months later.
