- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very easy to follow; we made them as straightforward as possible. For first time customers, we charge $65.00 per hour for a team of 2 people. We implemented a per hour pricing method, because of the difference in house size/condition. If you become a regular customer, we will provide you with a flat price per cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to the customer's needs/scope of work/expectations and proceed to discuss pricing and schedule.
