    We had an excellent experience with Dun-Rite Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. They were on-time, reasonably priced, and most importantly did a great job cleaning our carpets. We have passed on their name to family and friends and will certainly use them again ourselves.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Don't be fooled by the other guy with a Cheep come on price. This business is filled with bait and switch ads just to get their foot in the door and up sell you stuff that you need and want. I include everything scotchgard, prespray, and deodorizer. I clean by the square foot so if you want furniture moved I will move it for you and only charge you for the square feet. I also clean your baseboards and dust off the back of your furniture before I put it back. All for 40 cents per square foot and I do free estimates. If your working with a tight budget I can do just traffic areas same great job just cheeper. I also do 15% off for military and seniors. My name is Ray and I am a owner/operator

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Buyer beware of the Cheep ads. They can do more damage than good. Most likely try to double the price with add ons only to still soak and run.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Consumers should ask if they are insured and certified. They should ask if they use a truckmount unit never settle for a portable unless your in a high-rise upper unit. I would ask how many years experience or in business.
