Nef was very responsive, and he came out quickly to give me a an estimate on the repairs from water damage to our sunroom. After that interaction we were completely ghosted. I don’t know if something happened to him or if our job was not worth his time since we were going through our insurance.... Either way I was thinking we were good and would use these team as the work looks impeccable. It's a shame the communication completely broke down for no apparent reason. I called several times left voice messages and sent follow up messages through Thumbtack with zero responses. I truly wish this gentleman and his business all the best and I hope anyone else has a better experience.

Our front porch needed some serious updating so I contacted Nef. He installed a new lock and kick plate on our front door and changed our porch light. It went from ugly gold to really nice stainless steel in an afternoon! I highly recommend his services!

I contracted NC Repair & Remodel to waterproof my basement. Turns out NCRR is a master in all the trades. They ended up installing a new window plus I've scheduled an appointment with them to install wood floors throughout my townhouse. Excellent service in all areas!

I was a kid going to work with my father who was a plumber. Decided to learn multiple trades so I can take on any project.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I’m fond of this basement we took last minute in Frederick MD. I was trying to help this couple since they had no luck finding anyone to meet their timeline. I took the project on and actually finished 3 days before the deadline. We did a complete basement with a new full bathroom including rough in. It took 2 weeks and 3 days.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don’t settle for the cheapest option
