Empowered2Move LLC is transforming bodies in homes, offices, and outdoors. Meet April Doyle, your personal trainer! She enthusiastically earned her personal training certificate from the National Personal Training Institute in 2006, the National Association of Sports Medicine in 2009, and her bachelor of science in sports management from California University of Pennsylvania in 2010. April has been motivating and educating her clients to become active participants in their health, while providing them a safe and exciting exercise program. April is working with physical therapists to help rehabilitate clients from various injuries, as well as challenging athletes to improve their current level of activity. She has worked with people with multiple concerns and injuries: rotator cuff, knees, backs, strokes, degenerative disc syndrome, Parkinson's disease, liver failure, young, old, middle age, fibromyalgia, surgery to parts of the spine, and athletes to couch potatoes, just to name a few. April also has her AS in deaf studies and knows sign language! April is a great combination of enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She adjusts what we do during each session based on which of my assortment of minor physical issues is acting up that day. I have gone from not being able to do a single pushup to being able to do two sets of twelve! I love being stronger. I never thought I could be that person who wakes up to work out at 7am before work - but now I am up to meet April two mornings a week.

I had the pleasure of training with April - she is extremely dynamic, energetic, creative, and pushes you to your limits. I lost a significant amount of weight as a result of April's fitness program and have incorporated the exercises I learned from her on my own. April is flexible and extremely accommodating when it comes to scheduling work outs. It is without hesitation that I recommend her services for any fitness goals of yours!

April is a great trainer. She is knowledgable about health, anatomy and physical workouts. She takes the time to work out a program that is tailored especially for you. She is always supportive and encouraging. I never felt bad about the fact that I wasn't a fitness buff. I highly recommend her as a personal trainer.

I've been working with April since last May, and I'm thrilled with what we've accomplished. She tailors the exercise to meet my needs and goals, and pushes me to raise my expectations, while finding ways to cope with any physical limitations that crop up. She's also very flexible in coping with my totally irregular schedule. She actually makes working out fun, which is something I never would have believed possible.

I have worked with April for about a year. April has a special talent for developing your workout for your unique needs. She has incorporated new cardio moves from hula hoop to mini-trampoline. She has focused on my shoulder, spine, and arthritis issues, and the results have been enormously helpful in my life. She is also a lovely converationalist with lots of health and wellness information. She is very reliable and dependable for all session times and memory of developed workout plans and goals.
