We offer quick turnaround language translation for over 100 languages. Certificates, transcripts, or official government records, we give you the translations you need for your immigration applications. We provide full-service language translation from project management to delivery of print-ready documents. We use the latest Adobe and Quark software on Mac and PC platforms.

Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Our mission is to help everyone communicate better. We translate many educational and public service documents. We believe in the importance of spreading knowledge throughout the world, and we love to facilitate this.
We help many individual customers with their personal documents. Maybe they need a document for immigration applications or for a court proceeding. These are often stressful times for them, and we love to be able to reassure and help them through this process. We do this by providing the certified translation they need at an affordable cost. We also provide extra copies just in case. Since we include our corporate seal on the document which is an embossed imprint on the paper that cannot be easily photocopied, we like to provide the extra copy for their use as needed.

A. How much does it cost?
We have a minimum charge of $75.00. Most birth certificates, marriage certificates, and similar documents can be translated for this cost. Also included is a letter of certification with our corporate seal from the State of Maryland. You need this for immigration documents and other agencies require this certification as well. We include two copies of everything (letter and your translated document) for your convenience.
For longer documents, we charge by the word and the per word cost varies by language.
For our corporate clients, we offer a full host of services at various price levels. Services include project management, language translation, editing, proofreading, page layout, and technical writing.
How can I get my document to you?
We can accept your document via fax or email. You can scan your document and email it. You can also drop-off your document, and we can arrange for drop-off before and after office hours and sometimes even on weekends to fit your schedule.
