- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair pricing, no sales gimmicks, we're not the cheapest (stay away from very low bids- they probably won't finish the job) we don't inflate the price and try to high pressure close with a "sign today" discount. our model is lower markups and higher volume so you get more value for the $$.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ask some discovery questions to learn about their project- time frame, budget, material selections, any inspirational pictures, do they need help with design, help with financing (if applicable), deliver quote, if accepted - receive deposit and schedule work/ order materials
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
