FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a 60 dollar fee to give an estimate, however if you choose The Current Initiative as the electrician of choice the fee is deducted from the price of the repair. I have a senior citizen discount 10% off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to gather information about my client as I expect all my clients be become long term customers enthralled by The Current Initiative's service. At the job I listen intently to the customers concerns and provide relevant feedback. After performing an observation of the needed repair I will inform the customer of the best course of action. Pricing is contingent upon the complexity of the repair, time needed to complete the task and materials.
