Introduction: The mission of Workaholic Coaches is to provide training, aid, and structure to families with special needs members. This includes giving both the parents and children someone that will listen and allow them to decompress and freely communicate using a variety of tools. We want to aid these families in meeting their goals, whether they are physical, emotional, or spiritual. Our goal is to provide coaching services to the people that are struggling to keep up, have difficulty seeking help, and may even be unable to properly communicate their desire for assistance. At Workaholic Coaches, we plan to cater to the needs of these individuals as well as aiding the people responsible for their care. As we are also a spiritual organization, we do plan to provide clients with a variety of support systems, including working alongside faith-based organizations.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a home and telehealth-based coaching organization, we believe that our services can supplement the ones you provide. Our coaches work on an individual level and provide personalized training and care for the clients and their families. We are the perfect follow-up specialists once your services have ended as we are able to provide continued personal support and training. All of our employees have experience working with patients that have autism and other special needs and are able to ease the transition of caregivers. We can all agree that we want the best for our clients, so it seems natural to ensure that they have a strong support system. Having a personal coach ready and willing to provide assistance and continued guidance towards success can only be a good thing.
