Nettie Owens is a Professional Organizer who is truly committed to her clients' complete satisfaction with the organizing services she provides. Going "above and beyond the call of duty" could easily describe the level of services provided by Nettie. One such service that is included in the personal organizing offered to a client is the transporting of items that a client is discarding to a donation site. This saves a client time, and provides an opportunity for a client to "not have to" add yet another "to do" item to his or her list.

I contacted Sappari Solutions to clear the clutter from my daughter's room. The team arrived on time and prepared a plan to have an effective cleaning and organizing session. They brought bag labeled for trash or donation and cleaned up after they were finished. I trust them in the vision that they have for the room and can't wait for the finished product.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Call around. Talk to 2-3 organizers in your area. Understand how they bill and what is included. Do they have insurance? Are they part of the Better Business Bureau? Is there a travel fee? Will they remove what you do not want? How long have they been in business? What are their specialties: hoarding, ADD, paper, electronics, students, corporate? What training and experience does the organizer have? Read the testimonials and review the organizer's website. You should 'connect' with your organizer and this is a very personal relationship!
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Sappari Solutions provides experts on a number of organizing issues from challenging disorganization to homeschooling. Our organizers and professionals have been 'doing what they do' for years and have gained both professional and personal experience. We are an environmentally conscience company.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The sense of relief that our clients have and express to us after we work with them. It is as though a weight has been lifted and it is very rewarding to know that we have helped them lift that weight and find peace in their lives.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How much does it cost? Getting started with organizing costs $150. You will receive a 2 hour consultation and an additional 2 hours of hands on organizing for that price. After that you will schedule 2-6 hour appointments until your project is complete to your satisfaction. If you are looking for cleaning services the cost is $35/hr. Minimum 2 hours. We also provide packages and discounts depending on the project.
Can I do it myself? You could. What we do is not rocket science but we bring with us years of experience and expertise that will ensure your project is completed in a timely manner with the least amount of stress to you. Plus, we take away what you don't want any more. What could be better?
