Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. You get what you pay for! You should not be looking for the cheapest price, but you should not have to pay top dollar either. If it seems too good to be true it probably is! Be on the lookout for "bait and switch" companies that will try to rip you off. Remember, your inviting us into your home, be sure you feel you can trust your service provider.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. What does this price include? What kind of cleaning products do you use? How long will the service take? How long will it take for my carpets to dry? How much do you charge for spot treatments? The person on the phone should be able to answer these questions, or get back to you promptly with an answer. Also don't be afraid to ask for references.

A. We use the latest technology to clean your floors, our equipment it well maintained and serviced after each job. We quote exact prices, the price we give you in person or over the phone is the price you will pay, if we get there and realize the price is too low that's our problem not yours, we will never perform an extra service and try to charge you for it without your prior permission.

A. We are a well trusted company. So our customers do not have to worry about there things walking off. Also as a small company we are able to provide our customers with an excellent service at reasonable prices.

A. How is it I have never heard about you before?
Until now there was no reason for us to advertise. Due to our resent Economy, We have hired several new people so they can support their families. Help us support our community! Use our company for your cleaning needs.

A. Your floors are an important part of your life! Your kids play on them (sometimes eat off of them), you drop all sorts of things on them, they add character to your home or business. Do yourself credit and keep them clean and looking nice, your health depends on it!
