- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price are not the highest price on the area but either the lowest. We tried to keep our prices in the middle of the line and that allows us to steel offer a high quality service, which is one of our priority offer high quality service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very simple, after you contact as via phone, email or any other way. We will set up an appointment with with the exact day and time ⏲️. the day of the consultation we will discuss your project need, give exper advice about the project, answer all your questions, and depending on the size of the project you may receive estimate in the same day or within a Week. after that you may steel some more questions about the estimate we will answer all does questions and reviews your project again if need. some project may require to obtain county permits. once you approve the estimate and sign the contract. once the contract is signed and deposit for the project is obtain , we will schedule your project.
