The stylist are professional. The owner Fatty has a warm and inviting spirit about her and so does her staff. They did a great job on my hair and those who know me know that I am a harsh critic. I received so many compliments on my hair that I didn't even want to take them out. I will definately be going back. I got the spring twists the last time I was there but you couldn't really tell that it wasn't all my hair. The older they got the better it looked which is another reason why I dreaded taking them out. Minimal shedding after taking them out also.
