We have been extremely happy with C-PUP's dog walking services. The owner Shannon is extremely responsive and easy to work with, and our walker Haiyun has been reliable and great with our dog Emmy. The walker leaves a report card each day following the visit. Even though the pricing setup is a bit confusing, the price for midday walks every weekday is a great value. I highly recommend C-PUP!

I LOVE C-PUP! We have used them over the past few years and they are fantastic! Shannon (owner) is very professional, thorough in interviewing dog(s) owner(s), getting detailed information on what the needs and desires are of owners and pets!!! She is incredibly organized and meticulous in ensuring that pets and owners may leave each other with an easy mind. All of her staff have been generous, patient, lovely people who treat us (humans and pets) with great care! A detailed report card is left at each visit outlining the activities our dogs performed, their affect, and notes on the overall visit. We have traveled and used C-PUP for home stays and also as a dog walking service. Our dogs have become so familiar with C-PUP staff that it's as if another family member is with them. Wonderful, wonderful people and service. I can't say enough good things about Shannon and C-PUP! I recommend them to anyone and everyone expressing an interest in pet services. Our dogs love them; we love them!

C-Pup has been walking my dog for over 2 years, and I have been very pleased with their service. They employ a number of different dog walkers, but send the same person to my house day after day, which is good because my dog becomes familiar with that person. In fact, he looks forward to her coming. Not only is she well-acquainted with my dog but she has also learned the "routine" at my house -- where everything is at; how to turn on/off the alarm system; where extra dog treats and towels are located. Also, she leaves a report card every day telling me how her visit went, where they walked, etc. In addition, C-Pup has made helpful suggestions regarding dog products that I didn't know existed -- for example, they told me about a new cone to prevent licking that enabled me to avoid another costly trip to the vet. All-in-all, C-Pup is terrific!

Shannon and her team were wonderful to work with! This was the first time we had ever hired a cat sitter for our cat. Our cat normally goes outside and inside everyday, however, their policy is to not let the cats out. I was hopeful that our kitty would cooperate with them, and he did! C-PUP provided an update on the status of our cat almost everyday. They even provided adorable images of him having fun and looking content. I would definitely hire them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are one of the only services in the area that offers discounted midday dog walking rates. We provide hassle-free flat rates instead of time based fees and our on-line billing is as easy as opening an email. Once payment is received your visits from one of our caring dog walkers or sitters is booked!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You may go to the C-PUP website and call or email the owner direct to provide the following information: number of pets, breed, type of care you are seeking, dates of service and location. Then we will make arrangements that work for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
